Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Adult Tournaments

No refunds.

Li'l Diggers

If you miss a day of a session due to vacation, illness, or other obligations, you can make it up in another LD session or on another day if that session offers one, always no charge for a make-up. Please email prior to attending to make sure we have space! There will not be prorated prices due to make ups. Make ups are for Lil Digger sessions only and cannot be used for TVA camps. During the months of Jan-April, court space is limited, so there will be no make ups in this timeframe. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

TVA Adult League

No refunds once league has started.

TVA Fall Training

50% refund prior to start date of training program. After the first night of training, no refunds. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

TVA Youth Seasonal Leagues

There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

Youth 4 v 4 Tournaments

NO Refunds.

Summer Camps

Full Refund prior to start date of camp. If TVA has not been notified prior to camp start date, refunds will not be issued. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

TVA Beach Doubles League

No refunds after League starts.

TVA League Tournaments

No refunds.

TVA Youth 6 v 6 SUMMER LEAGUES

No refunds after start date of league.

TVA Youth 2 v 2 & 4 v 4 League

No refunds after start date of League.
