Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

TVA Adult League

No refunds once league has started.

Winter Camps

50% refunds up to December 23rd. After December 23rd, no refunds.

Youth 4 v 4 Tournaments

NO Refunds.

2024 Li'l Diggers

If you miss a day of a session due to vacation, illness, or other obligations, you can make it up in another LD session or on another day if that session offers one, always no charge for a make-up. Please email prior to attending to make sure we have space! There will not be prorated prices due to make ups. Make ups are for Lil Digger sessions only and cannot be used for TVA camps. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.

TVA League Tournaments

No refunds.

TVA YOUTH LEAGUES

Full Refund prior to December 30th. After the Dec 30th, 50% refund up to Jan 6th. After the first day of League practice, refunds will not be issued. There is a $15 charge for all declined payments.
